WINGS Capacity Building Pvt. Ltd. exists for building capacities of rural communities for improving economic certainties and social well being. It is operating in the North Eastern States of India.
WINGS is trying to support the communities living around Kazirnaga National Park through promoting rural tourism in an integrated effort of capacity building of the communities. North East Social Trust (NEST), an NPO working in this area, has developed 3 villages around Kaziranga National Park across diverse communities with distinctive cultural background, food habit, craft and lifestyle.
The villages where Rural Tourism is being promoted are:
- Dhuba Ati – Mising Tribal Village
- Chandra Sing Rongpi – Karbi Tribal Village
- Durgapur – Satria Cultural Village
In these villages you can enjoy ‘Home Stay’ facilities.
